RiversEdge Composites produces standard urethane sheet foam products, custom preform urethane foam parts and Fiberglass Reinforced Panels (FRP) for a wide multi-industry market. Standard sheet foam stock offerings range in density form 2.5 pounds per cubic foot to 8 pounds per cubic foot. Thicknesses are available from 3/8″ to 6″ and are single piece construction. Perforations and grooving are available on standard sheet foam stock thicknesses for an additional cost. Custom sheet foam stock offerings range in density from 2.5 pounds per cubic foot to 8 pounds per cubic foot. Thicknesses greater than 6″ are available and are multi-piece construction. Perforations and grooving are not available on custom sheet foam stock.
Fiberglass Reinforced Panels (FRP) are available using REC’s urethane foam or foam from other suppliers. Resins and fiberglass skins can be specified by the customer to meet the demands of their project. REC also offers kit cutting of sheet stock to the composites industry through the use of CNC routers as well as hand cutting. Customized kits from sheet stock provide quick and easy installation.
