Foam Kit Cutting

REC will kit cut foam sheet stock, ours as well as foam from other supply sources thereby reducing the cost of labor, waste and manufacturing time for the customer.

These kits are cut directly from the customer’s CAD files. Through the use of CNC routers as well as hand tools, customized sheet stock shapes provide quick and easy installation.

By using customer’s files, kit parts are already cut and shaped to ensure a good fit every time. Interlocking pieces allow for the kits to be assembled in or out of the mold.

Fiberglass Cutting

Utilizing Eastman’s Automated Eagle S125 Static Table Cutting System customers will be provided computerized cutting services of multiple types of fiberglass.

• Sample test run cut provided for quality assurance prior to commitment of cutting services.
• Parts will be cut from CAD files (DXF preferred) or from digitized patterns.
